Each individual may hold only one ar888 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times — will be suspended and associated balances voided without notice.
All bonus funds credited to ar888 accounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified per offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering multiplier has been satisfied in full.
ar888 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Pakistani members must submit valid CNIC or passport documentation. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawal access suspended pending satisfactory document review.

2.4 ar888 does not knowingly accept registrations from, or provide services to, individuals who are excluded from gambling via a self-exclusion scheme or court order in their jurisdiction of residence.
3.1 To access ar888's gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. You may hold only one account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — including through the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. ar888 may request additional documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents such as CNIC or passport for Pakistani residents.

3.4 ar888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Account registration is free of charge. ar888 does not impose any fee for creating or maintaining an account on the Platform.
4.1 ar888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods available on the Platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.
4.2 All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. ar888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which ar888 bears no responsibility.
4.3 You warrant that all funds deposited into your ar888 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. ar888 reserves the right to verify the source of funds where required by applicable standards.
4.4 ar888 does not accept deposits in cash and does not facilitate any cash transactions at physical locations. All transactions are conducted electronically through the payment infrastructure available on the Platform.
4.5 ar888 may impose temporary deposit limits on accounts for responsible gaming purposes or as part of ongoing account review processes. Such limits will be communicated to the affected account holder.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your ar888 account, or to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. ar888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 ar888 may require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. This typically includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership.
5.3 Processing times for withdrawal requests vary by payment method. ar888 targets the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and Easypaisa — within a few hours for verified accounts; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — within 1–3 business days. These timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.
5.4 ar888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or where a withdrawal would result in a negative balance after applying pending bonus wagering requirements.
5.5 Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money funds that have met all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
6.1 ar888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular offer, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
6.3 ar888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus funds at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, terms manipulation, or where the bonus was credited in error.
6.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, or device. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6.5 ar888's VIP loyalty programme operates under its own separate terms, which are published on the Platform. Membership in any VIP tier does not override or supersede these general Terms & Conditions.
7.1 All sports betting activity on ar888 is governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.
7.2 ar888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match integrity concerns are identified, or where system errors resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
7.3 In-play (live) betting markets are offered at ar888's discretion. ar888 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, including during active play, where required for operational or integrity reasons.
7.4 Casino game outcomes on ar888 are determined by certified random number generation systems and the mathematical rules of each respective game. ar888 does not guarantee outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from game results.
7.5 ar888's published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-run averages and are not indicative of results in any individual session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

10.1 The ar888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ar888 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay, and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or errors in game or odds display.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar888's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ar888 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of profits or data, howsoever arising from use of the Platform.
10.4 ar888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a member's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling activity.
11.1 ar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other members.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, withheld balances may be forfeited.
11.3 Members may request the closure of their ar888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed immediately and will result in the member being unable to access the Platform for the period specified or permanently, as requested.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
